Why order through Artful Grape?
We maintain exclusive relationships with premium, limited-production wineries throughout the world that sell in the U.S. exclusively through The Artful Grape. Most of these wines are available in the U.S. for the first time.

I’m ready to order. How do I do it?
First, join as a Member. You’ll be notified via email in advance of scheduled offerings, which are typically monthly. You will then be given a period of time during each offering to order wine.

Can I order wine without becoming a Member?
No. The Artful Grape is not a wine club, but rather a private buying program available only to a fixed number of Members. Because the primary benefit to Members is the ability to order premium, limited quantity wines, non-Members may not order wine.

Once a Membership cap is reached (1,000 Members), the Member list is closed, and no more Members can be admitted unless existing Members resign. The Artful Grape may offer other purchasing opportunities in the future, but charter Members will likely enjoy benefits not available to future Members.

How much does Artful wine cost?
The Artful Grape caters to a discriminating clientele of higher-end wine connoisseurs. That said, The Artful Grape is pleased to provide discounts to Members even on our most premium brands.

Can I order individual bottles?
Members have the option of ordering only one or several varieties in quantities of 3, 6 or 12 bottles.

I’ve never tried any of these wines. Is there a sampler pack?
Yes. The Artful Grape offers 6 or 12 bottle samplers. The samplers are pre-set selection of wines from the current offering. This is a terrific way to get a taste of several different regions and varietals without any risk or commitment.

When will I get my wine?
Within 4 to 6 weeks. We offer the wine to our Members nearly as soon as it is made available through our buyers. Thus, the waiting time includes shipping by boat from Europe. The Artful system keeps you informed via email as soon as the wine hits U.S. shores and enters the domestic shipping platform.

Is there a Member cap?
Currently, the cap on is 1,000 active Members.

Can I invite my friends?
Yes, please. But remember that signups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Membership cap is reached, a user will be asked to join our waiting list. If space opens up, we will invite the next person on the waiting list. Those on the waiting list will also be eligible for notification about new purchasing opportunities.

Do I have to order to retain my Membership?
In order to retain Membership status, you must order at least every 90 days.

Do you charge subscription fees?
Cheers! There is no fee during the Artful Grape’s initial trial period. At some point in the future, Members will have the option of continuing the service at a low monthly fee.

How do I sell my wine on the Artful Grape?
Please visit our contact page and send some information about your winery – location, ratings (if any), price point, quantity and links to press. All proposals will be given due consideration.
