2003 Xavier Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red
This red wine produced from 50% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 5% additional varieties from Châteauneuf. The wine enjoys a long maceration of more than 1 month with 10% of the wine aged in oak for 18 months.

2001 Villa Tolli Brunello di Montalcino
This powerful red wine is made from Sangiovese grapes from vineyards near the hill town of Montalcino. The grape used in Brunello is a darker and slightly larger variety of the one planted in the Chianti sub-region. The wine’s bouquet is an exciting mingling of floral essences, tar and spice. The heart of the Villa a Tolli, which is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, is an ancient medieval village, built around the year 1200.

2002 Mont du Toit Le Sommet
An ambitious red blend. The 2002’s precise blend is a tightly held secret. The result is a magisterial, yet dignified and controlled wine. From the region of Mont du Toit Kelder at the foot of the Hawequa mountain, bordering Paarl, the center of wine production in South Africa. Some 27 hectares of vines grow on north and northwest facing slopes of weathered granite, with sandy loam in the lower areas. This rewarding blend should reward cellaring for 5 to 7 years.
